The Design Process (In Steps)

1) Research
           a. Look for trends that are popular for the subject that you’re designing for.
           b. Make sure you have multiple sources that confirm one another.

2) Thumbnails
           a. Start with small, simple concept drawings
           b. The drawings don’t have to be very detailed, merely concept

3) Color Construction
           a. Chose a few of the concepts that you or your commissioner find appealing
           b. Draw a bigger and a little more finalized version of these concept thumbnails

4) Finalization
           a. Finalize the concepts with ink and color
